We all have time for our priorities

So many leaders over the years have told me "I don't have time for that." That being practicing or growing their leadership skills, those 1:1s, coaching conversations, encouraging and nudging their people on the right path or inspiring their people to the next destination.

To which I respond "We all have time for our priorities!"

This post is for those leaders who don't have time to lead - from an expert in time management. If being the best leader your people have ever had is a priority for you, you can do this.
